My first visit to Owl Creek Farm & Resort was for an Italian homemade pasta & tiramisu class in the beautiful outdoor kitchen. I was amazed at the rustic luxury & the friendly welcoming hosts. I was graciously given a tour of the property & farm after cooking & eating fresh linguine, ravioli, & a tiramisu dessert! The hosts have thought of everything & I was amazed at what they have created on this land by Owl Creek. A treasure of a find!

4 of us did the Italian Cooking class at my house and had a blast! Fresh ingredients + lots of laughter = yum! The class was quite long (4+ hours) - I might shorten that some if we did it again. But overall it was well done and thought through and the food was great. We loved Alessandra and Maxine- they were like sisters by the end of the night. And bonus! Now I know how to make pasta (so easy)!

Gianfranco, Alessandra, and Francesco where do I begin? You truly have a piece of paradise! The grounds are absolutely spectacular! Thank you for sharing your hospitality and knowledge with all of us. We learned a lot and can't wait to visit again! If you are looking for a beautiful glamping spot, you don't want to miss this true treasure!
