Pagosa Riverside Campground

This is a gem! The location is off the main road but beside a lake and river. Has all the amenities you need. The staff especially Steve and Ashley were so kind to us! But everyone is nice and welcoming here. They have a store and laundry and a game room. Not much for small children to do. But the views are amazing! Only bad thing is the weather it rains and hails at any time. But that’s anywhere in the area so bring your raincoat and boots

We stayed here one night in our camper. The lake is about 10 feet from our front door and is the most beautiful camp ground we have ever stayed at. The hosts are very friendly, and they have a great store with everything you could want for sale. We had our 2 german shepherds with us, and they have a beautiful trail around the lake to walk them, with doggie Clean up areas all around. We will definitely be back.

We only stayed 2 nights but it was fantastic. We had a pull through right on the river. Campground was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The only item lacking was strong WiFi internet. Their laundry facilities were fantastic and had great store with RV parts and supplies. Highly recommend this park.

We stayed at Pagosa Riverside as a vacation spot coming from Texas. When I called the front desk for information, she was extremely helpful, courteous and informative since we were new to the location. When we arrived they had all of our information ready an employee showed us to our spot. We stayed at a tent site near the pond, and the river was only about 50 yd from our tent site as well. The campsites are fairly close together but a decent size and tent sites are separated by fences. There is a picnic table, fire ring and grill at each site but no electricity. You can buy firewood in the campstore. There is a potable water faucet near. The restrooms are neat and are closed for cleaning every day from 11-1. We got to fish in the pond without a license...and caught a perch! The second day we were there, grounds staff brought us some wood left by other campers which was awesome!!! It was a quiet, peaceful stay and Pagosa Springs is just 2 miles away with plenty of food and supplies..and/or entertainment. We will definitely be going back.

We enjoyed this rustic campground. We were fortunate to get a spot calling that morning. The camp hosts were very helpful and accommodating. We hope to go back there and spend more time.
