Staff are cheerful and efficint. Extremely well taken care of - clean and modern. All sites have concrete pads. Laundry room clean and bright. Bath/shower rooms also very clean. Only negative for me was pool not open because not heated. I would've done some laps on several hot days we had.
Camping at KOA Holiday was delightful! All due to staff: Mikey! Lucy! Page! Meghan! Bill! We even had the pleasure of weathering the first snowstorm we’ve had in the Florida panhandle in 60+ years! Staff was excellent throughout. So pleasant! STAY HERE!!!!!
We had a fantastic time at this KOA. The staff is amazing and you can tell they really care about providing exceptional service!!! All campsites have a concrete pad, are very spacious and the grounds are exceptionally maintained!! The bathhouse is extremely clean, well maintained and has great water pressure with lots of hot water!! This is one of the best KOAs properties we have been to.
Very nice campground close to beaches. It's only been open about 1 year as of this writing and we would have unquestionably rated it a 5 except the laundry facilities were out of order and it would have saved us from walking across half the campground with our dirty laundry had we been told that at check-in. Otherwise, nice, clean campground with friendly staff. We would stay again.
Great place! We loved our stay. The office was so nice and helpful. Our campsite was by the lake. Sites are spacious and the bathhouse was one of the best we have seen. Laundry area was very nice. We would definitely stay here again if we are in this area again.
