I recently just came back from my fifth trip to panguitch lake. I love coming out here to go fishing and camping. This lake has an amazing stable population of rainbow trout. So if looking to eat trout the fish you catch here will taste great! This last trip I actually caught a tiger trout which is one of the harder trout to catch out here. I ended up having to let it go because it was 15 in long. There are some campsites nearby that are about $18 a night so if you're looking for an inexpensive fishing trip this is a great place to go! Another thing to mention is this lake has ice fishing as well!

This is my first year camping here in Panguitch and it was an absolute beautiful experience. It was the first time I was able to see the Galaxy with my naked eye also did some fishing and exploring. A lot of people were there with side by sides but after they left for the weekend a lot of the wildlife came outI saw a massive amount of deers in the area. The campsites are great ranging from individual to groups. There are primitive bathrooms with running toilets and sinks the closest shower would be the resort down the road. There is running water so you can wash your dishes and utensils. Overall is a great spot definitely worth checking out.

Dave is the best host for this camp ground. Beautiful scenery, and the camp was kept clean. Plus we had cute visitors! Bonus.

We like this campground. It is clean and the after 10 pm Quiet time is strictly enforced, which we appreciate . There are large bundles of dry firewood available for $8.00. The fishing is good at the lake, which is close by. This campground is a wonderful respit from the summer heat!

Loved the area, clean facilities, camping sites have level areas for tents but they are a bit in a hill/incline. We had two large tents, one shower tent and a kitchen area and it was comfortable. Fire pit was nice. More "kids at play drive slow signs" are needed unfortunately. Convenience store down the street was very nice only place with cellular reception. Lake is beautiful, good fishing.
