Panthers Walk RV Resort

Nice pool, friendly manager. Clean, well cared for. Good utilities, cable TV. Maneuvering was pretty tight with vehicles around.

After spending six years full timing at a nearby RV park that was dead set on running out all of the full timers, Panthers Walk is a real Sanctuary. The managers Sarah and Tammy are great, the residents are very friendly and welcoming, the clubhouse is well equipped and clean, the bathrooms and showers are clean, and the pool area is clean and relaxing. It's location makes it close and easy to get to many stores, restaurants, gas stations, and other conveniences, but yet is just close enough to nature to make you feel like you are not in the middle of an overrun city. We are happy to have discovered this place and look forward to enjoying our time here.

We have been full time Rving for 6 years...we found out about Panthers Walk just recently and fell in love! Sarah and Tammy in the office couldn't be more inviting, and helpful! Its great to know someone is on site if you need something! The park is clean as well as the Bathrooms and showers, (I won't be embarrassed to let a guest use those!) The club house is so clean and so well maintained. And the neighbors are friendly and helpful..

I started out in another resort the first part of my 3 month stay. Down here in Naples working and just trying to make a living as I travel 330 days a year. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and if I’m ever in Naples again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Hands down better experience than the last resort. The neighbors are very polite, the noise is nonexistent, all in all it’s a very nice place for unwinding and relaxing. The pricing is way lower than what is normally expected in a gated community. The pool area is nice and open and the laundry facilities are very well kept and have efficient machines. My site backed up to a beautiful cove with lots of wildlife just out my door. I’d recommend to anyone, if you would like a laidback experience to relax Panthers Walk is it!!

I just moved in and was dealing with a belligerent guest whom I asked to leave, but she refused and began acting more irrational. Rather than calling the police and causing too much disturbance for neighbors, I called management and requested that security handle it with subtlety. Well after several hours and no assistance from management, I managed to handle it on my own. But the next day I was threatened with eviction by the very same management because of the noise complaints. The lack of professionalism and downright disrespect I received was unbelievable and I plan to cut my lease early as a result.
