I can't say enough great things about this campground! We recently stayed in the rental suite, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The suite was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The beds were super comfy, and the whole space had a cozy, rustic feel—perfect for a true camping experience without sacrificing comfort. The campground itself is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and offers plenty of outdoor activities. We loved the hiking trails and the peaceful setting, with stunning views at every turn. Cindy and Dan were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always available to offer helpful tips on things to do and places to visit nearby. We especially appreciated the communal fire pits and picnic areas. It was great to sit around the fire, roast marshmallows, and enjoy the starry night sky. If you're looking for a relaxing, yet adventurous outdoor experience, this is the place to be. I would highly recommend this campground to anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We’ll definitely be back for another stay soon!
We came for an event and to go horse camping with our 3.5yo toddler and his pony. He had a blast with the petting zoo animals and their puppy. The trails are beautiful with quite a variety of terrain and difficulty levels. We were even able to take out our Shetland pony with his cart for a hour plus ride in the woods and roads. Cindy is very hospitable and knowledgeable. Our toddler can’t wait to go again!
I’m a kid I’m 8.My dad found this place and it’s awesome. Nothing can beat it.I’m 10 almost 11 we loved the stay there they had a cozy club house. It was amazing we saw horses, cow, sheep, ducks , goats , dogs , chickens and roosters. It was so much fun there.
This place is absolutely the most relaxing get away you will find. Convenient to every thing you need. There are saunas very nice outdoor toilets not stale plastic containers to smother you in the heat. I’m thinking the hot tub will be filled soon a club house with dances some nights. Folks this is a new campground and the owner has put their own blood sweat and tears into making this a dream come true. Come pet all the animals and see how much fun the summer can be with a nice new group of newbies. Nice pastures and wooded lots. I’m so happy I made the choice to stay here. Also kayak rental will be available some time soon. Plenty of fire wood available too.
Needed a night out of the city with my kiddos. Stayed in the campground area in the camper provided. My kiddos were delighted at the ride on a horse for the very first time. Camper is out of the 70s, very groovey. Out house was clean and odor-free. Firewood was provided as was the grill for cooking. Everything was well taken care of and quite clean. Highly recommend.
