Very friendly clientele and atmosphere. Karaoke at the bar after dark. Several pools and a hot tub. Definitely read the house rules before booking here. It was great for a couples vacation! $40 day pass for couples.

The vibe the staff are excellent. The infrastructure needs attention. Our first room had a distinctive odor to it. Even though the hotel was very booked, we were given another room. The biggest complaint is our first night the bar facing the hotel rooms was blasting music till after 2 am.

I was extremely disappointed in both the look of the place and the customer service. First there are no handicap spaces, two you have to consent to your luggage being searched which I’ve never had at any hotel of any kind. Three the staff was about as helpful as the wall. Even the people who were there were not very friendly I’d you weren’t apart of their group forget it. Don’t think I’ll try it again I joked that I was the only person at a swingers resort that couldn’t get laid other then who I came with.

A complete power trip by the staff , they aren't very welcoming , they give side eyes constantly , almost makes you feel as if you arent wanted here. Maybe its the age gap as many are older residents and maybe have a pre notion of the younger ages visiting . Many of the people that live on the property are very nice , they wave they smile and continue on their lovely walks . Huge shoutout to Reno she is the most amazing down to earth person We met. Im hoping the management begins to make changes ethically , its is a gorgeous property yet the people need to begin to have a more open minded outlook . Times are changing.
