A beautiful RV resort that has large lots and well designed streets and parking pads. Many spaces have concrete RV pads and patios, some spaces are grass with a concrete patio. Clean bathrooms, lots of programs and activities. Food trucks a couple days a week, pot lucks a couple times a month; cafe on site for weekly Wednesday nite specials. Bingo, biking, cards, painting and other crafting. Pickleball and shuffleboard. A pool and hot tub - these are nice but when you’d realize to use them they are often closed. But, it’s still probably the best resort in the state. Located just at the southern edge of the cold weather patterns, and easily accessible to biking paths for both e-bikes and pedal bikes and also close to many kayaking venues. Very affordable for the quality of what is offered. Office staff very accessible and fully engaged in resort activities.

We only got to stay 1 night, but we will be back. great location for travelers on I-75. The train rolling by is a nuisance st night, but manageable. roads are ample and maneuverable and the site was just long enough for our 45’ coach and tow. The front desk ladies were friendly and knowledgeable. We are grateful for the stay. See ta’sll next time.

We found Paradise Oaks through our friends, Paula and Laurie. We spent our first winter here, but medical issues popped up, and we missed the next winter. Now we’re going back and will do so going forward every winter. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Holiday meals are scrumptious!! All buildings are kept extremely clean and stocked. It’s beautiful and has everything you need just a few miles away. I think we found out winter home. 🤗

Paradise Oaks is great if you like cozy in your face spaces. I love all they offer, but it's tight spaces, and far from anything.

I have been a paid annual guest at this RV Resort for over 2 years now but have only been able to stay for about 6 months of each year due to out of state obligations. I recently sold my house in Virginia and this is now my home base. I’ve been to many RV resorts through the years and this is by far the nicest ever and have found the people here to be friendly and always willing to help others. On site activities are also very much in abundance!
