This is a very basic RV Park. Quite outdated but clean. It is my go-to park when I want to be out of the high price Brice canyon area. It's self service, the hookups have always worked properly every time I have visited. I enjoy the extreme quiet in the park. I don't know their formal rules, but this seems more of an adult grown up Park. Not a lot of noisy kids running around and also not any campfires as I don't see any fire rings. Basically, gravel lot with nicely divided sites. Come for the quiet and the good price and you'll be happy! If you need playgrounds swimming pools campfires, etc you may choose to look elsewhere.
We just finished our stay at your camp ground. I was 100% disappointed in our stay. The bathrooms were so disgusting that we could not even use them. The women's toilets were clogged for 2 days!!! The floors were never swept or mopped. There was dirt and dead bugs in the light fixtures. It was the dirtiest bathroom I've ever been in!!!!! The playground is not safe or a playground for that matter! It's an old shack that should be torn down and replaced. There was never a worker around if you needed something. We will never be staying here again!
Stayed 5 nights in a 40' class A with tow vehicle, and probably won't stay again. Stayed this time because it's less expensive than surrounding campgrounds and we needed good AT&T cell coverage. Because it was cooler weather, a 30-amp site worked fine and was less expensive. Some sections of the park were recently landscaped (looked good), but others have broken down cars and piles of junk. Wifi performance is poor, but great AT&T cellular in the area, laundry room was satisfactory. At best, I would consider this an overnight, "I need to get off the road" type place.
Spent 2 1/2 weeks at Paradise RV Park in Panguitch, Utah @ $134.04 per week including taxes. Every gravel RV site is a pull through with FHU (water at 40 PSI and electric at 117 volts) and mostly level. There is no host or owner on site, thus the honor system is used. I received 30 OTA TV channels. Satellite owners should have no issues, as the trees within the park are not that tall. This park Wi-Fi is typical. Stronger during the day and weaker at night. 11 tenting sites are within the interior of the park which do not have water or electric. This is an older park which, in it’s day, was a very nice park. However, the owners are letting it fall apart. There are abandoned vehicles within the park, several broken down/abandon RV’s within the park, tall weeds at the outer edges, feral cats within the park and the grass/weeds haven’t been mowed in many weeks. Several sites are closed due to repair issues. Each site is advertised as 30 X 70, but I have my doubts. The laundry has half of the machines “out-of-order”. Zion Natl. Park is 1 hour away and Bryce Natl. Park is 30 minutes away. The views of the mountains are fantastic.
A little rundown and looks abandoned from the street. Bathrooms needs a huge remodeling but campsites were nice. I liked the gravel pits for the tentsites. Definitely needed some tlc but not bad of a place to stay if you don't mind the rusted, broken down cars along the perimeter
