Park 400 Introduce

Welcome to Park 400, a distinctive member-owned Campground & RV Park located along the picturesque Washington coast. Unlike typical RV parks, Park 400 operates as a small, self-governed organization run by its members, fostering a strong sense of community and shared ownership.

Environment: Situated in a prime coastal location, Park 400 offers a natural and serene environment for your camping and RV experiences. While specific details about the landscape (e.g., forest, beach access) require further information from the official website or other sources, the general area of the Washington coast is known for its scenic beauty, potentially including beaches, forests, and ocean views. As a member-owned park, it likely prioritizes the preservation of its natural surroundings for the enjoyment of all.

Services: As a Campground & RV Park, Park 400 provides essential services to ensure a comfortable stay for RVs and campers. Based on available information, it is equipped with water systems and likely offers individual campsites suitable for recreational vehicles. While specific amenities like electrical hookups, sewer connections, restrooms, showers, or laundry facilities are not explicitly mentioned in the provided text, such services are commonly found in RV parks and campgrounds. For detailed information on available services, please refer to the official Park 400 website or contact their management.

Features: The unique feature of Park 400 is its member-owned structure. This means that individuals become part of the Park 400 Association, Inc., allowing them to enjoy the facilities on a part-time basis. It's important to note that Park 400 is not intended for permanent or primary residence. The park is governed by a Board of Directors elected annually by the membership, highlighting the community involvement in its management and direction. Members have the opportunity to participate in the park's upkeep and decision-making processes.

Promotional Information: Park 400 is currently holding its Board of Directors election, with the deadline for submitting the "Intent to Run for the Board" form being May 10th (mailed) or May 14th (received). This presents an opportunity for members to actively shape the future of their campground. Additionally, the annual Park Cleanup Day is scheduled for May 3rd, encouraging member participation in maintaining the park's beauty. The next Board Meeting is on May 4th, 2025, providing a platform for members to stay informed and engaged.

For local users seeking a unique camping and RV experience with a strong sense of community, Park 400 offers an appealing option on the Washington coast. Its member-owned model provides a different approach to enjoying recreational vehicles and the outdoors. For complete details on membership, site availability, amenities, and any potential fees, please visit the official Park 400 website or contact their association directly.
