We arrived at Park Lake resort for their Wednesday Mexican night at 6:34. I ordered the steak fajita, and my sister ordered the Chimi changa. We got our drinks at 7:00, and ordered our food at the same time. We received our food at 7:54. We were the last ones served even though we walked in before a lot of people there! I didn't care for the fajitas, it was tasteless, the tortillas were large, could have a lot smaller one I ended up tearing off half of it, it also was greasy. There was maybe 2 tablespoons of lettuce and well done red vermicelli. I ate the insides of the fajitas. I was hungry nearest restaurant is about 15 miles. Condiment tray was empty no napkins. We were offered a second drink when we got our food, we accepted water. My sister had to get up to go to the bar to ask for a to go container. Definitely will not be going back for Wednesday night Mexican food. Bad food bad service!

We just happened to stop in on a Monday, which was two for the price of one burger night. We were not planning on eating but couldn't pass up that special. We left full, even sharing an order of fries, and these were not frozen patties. I had the Cajun burger without the bun, and my husband had a bacon cheeseburger. Wonderful flavor, and the fries were good too. (Better than chips) So many friendly people there, we met Kevin and Bob, and you could play Booty Bingo or Connect Four. The staff was super friendly and service was fast. Will definitely be going back for another burger night.

It was okay. Waitress never offered the table refills. Didn't have enough napkins in the caddy or any silverware. There were only 2 others in the place at the bar.

The fish fry special is really good. Generous portion of fish and fries. Don't look for it on the menu though... It isn't there. I was lucky enough to see someone get theirs and asked for it. It's only available Friday and the hours are limited too. Make sure you check to see if they are open. I think it is also only a seasonal restraunt and bar so I don't know if you can get it this winter. The number is listed on the website and I have called to check after showing up when they were closed once. Look forward to eating there again this summer.
