Parkside Resort - Accommodations by Parkside

Our very large family stayed at Parkside Jan 9-12, 2025. We rented 4 cabins that were close together, there were 44 of us in total and we had a great time, even getting snowed in for a day. My husband and I have been staying at Parkside for many years with whatever group we go with. The cabins are always clean and the staff is very accommodating. Highly recommend!!

We spent about 4 days at “A Suite Mountain View” during Thanksgiving. Everything at the lodge was comfortable and there were plenty of things to do for our large group which ranged in ages from 70-2. Would highly recommend. Deducted one star only because we feel some areas could’ve been a little cleaner, but nothing that would keep me from going back. I am already thinking of our next trip!

When searching for a cabin I asked for reviews on Parkside Resorts but there weren't many..... I am here to tell you our stay there was phenomenal- family of 5 and we stayed at Serenity I would give our cabin a 4.5/5 the only thing that would have made it better was a full length mirror and softer beds- there were 2 kings size beds/2 BR/2.5 bathrooms and 2 pull out sofa beds- my 19 year old got a king size bedroom and a bathroom all to herself, my 11 year old wanted the sofa bed downstairs in the game room, my 8 year old wanted to sleep upstairs by us so she got the living room sofa bed. The amenities were great- starter set of all toiletries, and any cooking item you could possibly need- the cabin was clean and had really upscale bathrooms. We enjoyed having the shuffle board table (our kids played it every night even though they dont know how to play (there was a little bowling set you could set up on it and they loved that too), we didnt use the arcade game but it looked fun, it was so nice having a washing machine and dryer as well. We got an amazing deal for last minute Christmas sale- we enjoyed the hot tub, gas fire place, gas BBQ grill and gas fire table out on the double deck- We toured the rest of the resort and there were so many beautiful cabins that went high into the mountains- the lodge also had a putt putt course, indoor and outdoor pool with slides, a gaming arcade, gym, meeting room and a small restaurant grille, basketball courts, and hiking trails (one takes you to a massive playground with a hill slide- my kids loved this) - you could also rent basketballs and cornhole boards from the office as well! They really thought of almost everything and I would definitely rent with them again!

Stayed at Parkside resort in a luxurious cabin….Altitude Adjustment. We loved every minute!!! It was perfect for us. The amenities at this resort are amazing and suited for anyone about ages. The staff at Parkside resort, especially Brandy are extremely professional knowledgeable of the area and ready to accommodate any of your needs. They were all very kind and helpful. The cabins are luxurious, and the views are jaw-dropping and the sunsets are gorgeous, Parkside resort is located close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and just a short drive to Cades Cove One may even see some bears in this resort which were awesome. I highly recommend staying at Parkside Resort for either a few days, a long weekend getaway or even a week longer. The resort is away from the hustle and bustle noise of the city. The Mountain views are just breathtaking and relaxing on the deck with a glass of wine or sipping your morning coffee will soothe your soul.

It took us a while to locate our cabin as the address didn't match the address on our welcome letter. Once we located our cabin we were pleased with the organization of the cabin and the layout. The cabin is nice however, please read my comments on the insect infestation as that is something to consider.
