Peak to Peak RV Park, located at 751 W 4th St, Nederland, CO 80466, USA, provides basic RV parking within the Campgrounds & RV Parks category. This is a very small park with limited amenities.
Based on customer reviews, Peak to Peak RV Park is a very small park consisting of only three spaces, one of which is occupied by the caretaker. The park lacks a designated check-in area. The sites are back-in and significantly unlevel. The sewer hookup is uphill, which can make dumping tanks difficult. There is one water connection, and a splitter may be required to hook up. However, the park offers basic hookups, including water, electric, and sewer. The water service has been recently updated. The park's location in Nederland provides access to a great little town and a beautiful canyon drive to Boulder.

My family stayed here in our 5th wheel for 4 nights May 8, 2023 to May 12 2023. There is nowhere to check in when you arrive. The park consists of 3 spaces, one of which is occupied by the caretaker. There is one water connection which required the caretaker to go and buy a splitter so that we could hook up to the water. The spaces are back in and very unlevel. The sewer hookup is uphill which made dumping the tank more of a chore than it needed to be. We stayed at this park because there were no RV parks in Boulder, CO. The place was sufficient only because of the water, electric and sewer hook ups. Nederland itself is a great little town and we enjoyed looking around. The canyon drive between Nederland and Boulder is absolutely beautiful.
Great spot in the heart of Nederland. Newly updated water service as well.
It's a Field but it has three spots for RVs and there are water and electric hook-ups as well as dumping black tank area. The Electric does have 50amp. Making reservations is a little iffy, very hard to talk to anyone so Keep calling. I think owner runs business so is quite busy. There is no trash pick up so you might want to lesson your trash load before arrival. There was a young man who showed us where the hook ups were, very nice young man. There is family with kids next door so be aware of that if you are noise sensitive. Didn't bother me but some it might. I'm giving it three stars for few reasons, one the no trash. Not even a dumpster. I think this contributes to people not cleaning up. That and I don't like having to look for business dumpsters to unload trash. Second reason is the communication is poor here. We reserved for two days. Had truck issues so asked if spot would be available since only one RV was here. Was told it be no problem. Then next day told we had to leave in few days. IF we had known beforehand we could have made arrangements for towing our RV to Golden with the truck rather than possibly dealing with Two tows via tow truck as we weren't sure when our mechanic would have our truck ready. So it would be better to have owner communicate Daily with help (or whoever reserves) if spots are taken to prevent such rather than it be up in the air. We have been to several campgrounds and never had issue knowing if there was availability or not and I prefer to not doing things last minute. Other than that, the people are very nice and helpful. It's quiet, nice lake for fishing not too far. Town is small, has a grocery store. Very Peaceful. But Please, at least get a trash can or dumpster. :)
This is not a legitimate RV park by any stretch of the imagination. It is an unmaintained, pothole filled lot with hookups and nothing else. 1. Spaces are not level, there are holes and mounds everywhere literally a foot deep and high. I had to use so many leveling blocks and jacks that my rig looked like it was floating, it was propped up so high in the front. 2. No trash or recycle option, so you have to let it pile up until you can find a place and pay to dump it. 3. RV spaces are all backed up on a trailer park that is also horribly kept and looks like a shanty town. It feels like an unsafe area overall. Really ruins the idea of a mountain view and enjoying nature. 4. Prices are heinous for what is offered, $40 a night and over $1k per month. This is regardless of water being shut off half the year, having no facilities for guests, no trash, no wifi. Again, this is just a lot in the ugliest location of Nederland. This "RV park" and the trailer park have the same owner, the owner of Katmandu restaurants and the Katmandu plaza here in Nederland, which are also all in obvious disrepair. A note to the owner: Take some of the money from the obscene prices you are charging and fix up your properties! Slumlords take better care of their property, you are responsible for the worst looking areas of Nederland. You should be ashamed.
No water, but charged full price. Electricity stopped working second night. Water construction crew created a muddy mess outside, and mud ended up inside RV. Worst RV campground ever -- wish I could give this place 0 stars.
