Customer Reviews
This review is for the RV Resort area. The rooms aka spaces for your vehicle/hitch up, are spacious! They have real grass and trees and dog friendly areas. Service is great, they have a little shuttle if you need it and staff responded fast when we had a complaint about the washing facility. Location is good, easy to get to and find but may require someone to slow down due to vehicle size. You are on casino property so you have access to the casino's food and whatnot. The other patrons attitudes will reflect the area and how much they may have lost.
We loved the Pechanga RV Resort & Casino, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience! This resort offers the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment, making it a fantastic destination for RV enthusiasts. The RV park itself is top-notch. The sites are concrete, spacious and well-maintained, with full hookups and easy access. The landscaping is beautiful, creating a peaceful environment that enhances the overall experience. Being part of the Pechanga Casino complex is a huge plus! The casino offers a wide variety of gaming options, restaurants, and live entertainment just a short walk away. Additionally, the park is close to Temecula's famous wine country, making it easy to explore local wineries. You must go and taste some of local wine, it's amazing. The atmosphere is welcoming and vibrant. The staff is friendly and attentive. I enjoyed mingling with other campers. Pechanga RV Resort & Casino is an exceptional place to stay and we love it. We also highly recommend it.
We stayed at the RV Resort and it was amazing. Very clean, extremely safe and a heated pool. They even have different levels for your RV from a regular site to a premium site with a patio. Very cool spot, I hope our group returns.
This place is really great! Super clean! All roads are paved, all pads are concrete, full hook-ups and lots of amenities. People and kids and dogs walking everywhere! Golf carts blaring music and people having a great time everywhere! I was here for a conference at the Pechanga Casino but wish I can come back to enjoy the area. 🩷
Several momths ago we stayed at the RV resort and I gave it a 5 star review. We stayed there again last month, and I now give it a 1 star review. When we arrived at our site, it was covered with small blue berries. Everywhere. There had been no attempt to clean them up. At first we were concerned that they would track into our RV on our feet. But our experience was much worse than that. Long story short...our dog ate one. Upon talking to the management, they acknowledged that these berries are extremely toxic to dogs. We found out , as our dog became very ill. She is older and it became an emergency and we had to find a vet. $300 later she was put on medicine and yet continued with her symptoms. Other folks in the park complained that their dogs had also eaten a berry and were sick. We were told by their staff that not only are the berries toxic but that the dogs are attracted to them! I asked if they considered the risk of a child eating one of these berries?! I feel it is negligent on their part to have these trees in an RV park which caters to folks with both pets and children. They said they were planning to put some sort of warning on their welcome packets going forward. We have been home a month and our dog still isn't 100%. This was highly disappointing. We won't be back.
