Customer Reviews
Sites are nice and long. There was plenty of room for the trailer and truck even after we disconnected. Price was $289.91 for a week. Pad is gravel with a cement picnic table area. There is lots of grass. Nice amount of space between sites. The interior roads in the park are very wide and easy to maneuver. Utilities are in great shape. Staff are always working around the park and are very accommodating. Easy to find off I 10. We would definitely stay here again. Sites are in full sunlight with no shade available. The only negative would be when they water the grass, your RV and everything (chairs, grill, table and etc.) on your site will get wet if it they are on the cement.
We pass through a lot of RV parks and I never leave a review if we’re not staying for a week or more because honestly they’re all pretty much the same. Pensacola RV park has gone above and beyond in so many ways. First, the entire park is spotless, they decorated for Christmas in a tasteful way and there wasn’t a piece of garbage or decoration out of place anywhere. Second the bathrooms were so well maintained and thoughtful. They changed the shower curtains and they weren’t even dirty! Most parks shower curtains are gross and part of camper life if you want to use the parks’ shower. The shower stalls were large with a place to put your stuff and a second curtain is provided as a changing room. The water temp is dead on perfect. Third, they encourage good behavior through kind, cute or funny signage which seems to work as there is never a point that things look like they need attention. Finally the cleaner for the ladies room was so sweet, I showed up while she was cleaning and she made me feel not like an intrusion but a guest. I really appreciate the effort put into this park, thank you owners and staff!
This is by far our favorite RV park in Pensacola. We only stay somewhere else when we have to and even then try to get in ASAP. The grounds are great and mature. The staff is friendly and uphold a high standard for service and cleanliness. The property is always well maintained. We especially love the two pet play areas! I am so glad they recently expanded so we can stay even more often. 💯
Sites are long and mostly level. The staff was friendly and the grounds were well maintained. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is they are doing a lot of ground work (I guess maybe they are expanding the park?) and the entire week we were there we listened to dozers and other equipment constantly. Inside our RV or sitting outside, if the sun was up, they were working. I feel like the staff did us a disservice by not informing us of this when we made our reservation. Guess making $ is more important than guest enjoyment.
This place was perfect! The staff are friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. The location was good for us to spend 4 nights in the area, easy to get to sightseeing destinations. The park is very close to I-10 so easy off/on for a quick overnight as well. The small-ish park seemed to be a mixture of permanant residents and transient guests; it was quiet, the streets were wide enough to maneuver or 37 foot MH plus TOAD, and the sites are nice and level.
