Lovely place to stay. It far enough way to not here downtown but it's only a few minutes in the car. You are also not far way for the beach. You can also play basketball ball shuffleboard and fish but you must put all fish back.
I’ve been visiting Peppertree since 1992! My dad is an owner & I’ve stayed in several mobile homes which were all nice. Beach is very close & pool is huge!!
Great quaint place to lay your head, I have lived here for almost 3 year's. Never a problem and very kind people. Big largemouth bass in the ponds, and speed queen's in the laundry room by the big 👪 friendly pool. A+. The rates are fair, 850 a month for a minute walk 🚶 to the Atlantic ocean`s warm water. I caught these fish 🐠 last week on the BEACH!!!
We had a great stay here. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and everyone is super nice even though they don't know you. We rented a unit through Airbnb and it was awesome!
