I lived in this park for a few months this year and would DEFINITELY recommend them. The landlord Laura is REALLY awesome. She is also VERY compassionate, considerate, empathetic and outgoing. The rates in the park are also absolutely fantastic.
A good. Friend of mine got married there last Saturday. The accommodations were terrific.
A good place to go for a swim. Not now though it's very Flooded!!
Chill, Manager Is Nice, & Most Neighbors Can Be Good People If You Get To Meet Em. Most Keep To Themselves, & Amenities Are Convenient (Though The Laundry Can Be Frustrating Lol)
I gave 3 stars because I've never stayed IN the park. I go to the creek there. It's really great if you have smaller kids. Water is fairly shallow. It doesn't have a really fast current either. Large beach area, and you can always sit in the shade of the overpass if you don't want constant sun beating down on you. I'd give the beach 4 stars!
