I’ve been staying here for around 4 months now since I’ve been moved for work in Petersburg. It’s a fairly nice campground with a nice lake and friendly workers. It’s also close to many restaurants and anything else you would possibly need. The only gripe I have is the bathrooms definitely could use work. No privacy in the shower stalls, and the bath house could be cleaned more often.

Beautiful campground. Spaces are mostly level, gravel. Picnic table, fire pit, fishing, and a playground for the kids! We got there too late in the season for the pool, but it looks nice! We will definitely stay here again, 100% recommend.

I am really confused by the positive reviews of this place. It is an absolute dump. There are super sketchy people living there full time. The laundry room is a health hazard due to a severe mold problem. The bathroom was destroyed. Our site entrance had a deep rut you had to fall into to get in. There is a reason they put one nighters in the front. They are hiding the mess in the middle ofnthe campground.

For the price you pay, you can't beat it. I travel for work and this is the most cost efficent place I've ever stayed. The staff is helpful and courteous as well.

Decent campground. Has a nice pool area, lake, supplies for purchase in the office/store etc. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Older section has nice big trees, faces east so nice in the evening, but it's all gravel and tiny lots. New section is all paved, which is nice, but there's no shade so the asphalt is super hot. We didn't spend time outside because the new section faces west and the sun bakes you in the afternoon/evening. Asphalt causes the lots to hold water after it rains around the ends ... including where the power boxes are... Shrubs need removed in new section. They are a pain to maneuver around when entering/exiting the site if your camper is over 40 feet. Plus they are in the way of parking your truck. Dumpster area was ALWAYS a mess... trash all over the ground and too full. We felt safe walking our dog... would we stay here again ? Yes ...
