Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg KOA Holiday

This is a nice campground in a great location. We stayed in a deluxe cabin- it was clean and comfortable. The patio is great with a nice fire pit/patio furniture and grill. Only downside is that we were right next to a busy fenced in parking lot (for Patriot Park next door) and the trucks and beepers were active all night long. The staff here were very nice and service was top notch. The heated pool, hot tub and lazy river were nice and the kids enjoyed the playground and jump pillow. The camp store was excellent and they even have a local concierge to help with area attractions! Overall a really nice experience- We would certainly stay again.

I cannot say enough about how exceptional the staff at The KOA is. After our family went through a tragedy, they treated us like one of their own. They checked in on us regularly, made sure we were okay, and their genuine care and concern were truly heartfelt. The KOA made our family feel at home and blessed us in ways we will never forget. The staff alone deserves beyond five stars, but the experience doesn’t stop there. The restrooms are spotless, the kids had a blast in the play areas, and the location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Pigeon Forge, just minutes from everything. This place is an absolute gem!

I will never stay here ever again. They do not honor the prices listed on their own website. The price listed was much lower than the normal price they charge. I reserved the cabin on Sunday.i paid my deposit and received my confirmation. It was days later when I received a second confirmation with an updated amount that was now charging the normal full amount for the cabin. After numerous attempts to speak someone, I was finally able to speak with someone who offered no explanation other than a glitch in their system. She then said that they would not honor the price that I booked off their own website. Along with this, there was no offer of a compromise of meeting in the middle or having upgrading me to a better cabin if I paid full price for the original cabin I booked. Very poor customer service in my opinion.

We had a great time at this campground. Everything from the sites to the amenities were well maintained and beautifully landscaped. Staff was friendly and helpful, escorted to our site and stayed to make sure we got backed in with no problems. Plenty of shade for the unseasonably warm weather we had during our visit! We loved that we could access the river side walkway and walk up to the Old Mill area of Pigeon Forge. Addressing other review that complained about the size of the sites -- we didn't find them too small at all. We had plenty of space to extend our awning and sit around the fire ring without encroaching on our neighbors. And as we walked around, we didn't really see any sites that were too small, just make sure you are correct about the size of your RV. If you are in doubt, call the office instead of booking online.

Perfect campground located right in Pigeon Forge! Within walking distance of the Old Mill Restaurant. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Very clean, 24 hour laundry and the store has a ton of items. If you forgot something, they probably have it. Highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay!
