This is our second time coming to Pigeon Forge Landing RV resort. We came the first time in June of 2024 with kids and again February 2025 no kids. This campground offers full hook ups and paved floors at all RV sites. The bathrooms and showers are huge, modern, and very clean. The laundry room has all newer machines. There are 2 bathhouses and laundry facilities. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They are pet friendly. The location is well maintained and clean, quiet, peaceful, secluded and yet still close to attractions. It is about 5-15 min from attractions here in Pigeon Forge and about 25 min from Gatlinburg. We read some previous reviews complaining and this is our thoughts on this: 1) about the shade, this location planted trees in perfect spots (unlike other campgrounds where you can’t extend your slide out or awning all the way or you’ll hit a tree) they just need to grow, so there will be more shade in a few years. 2) there are speed limits posted everywhere and kids are always riding their bikes and playing, it’s very safe. 3) it’s a short walk (1-2min) to the creek and in the summer we saw people tubing down and having a blast Everyone has different likes and expectations about different campgrounds. This is a place that we will continue to return to and highly recommend to others.

This place is amazing. Highly recommended! We rented the 5th wheel Camper they have on site. Camper was newer, spacious, very clean. The staff was very helpful and any issues were handled immediately with a smile. This is on the list for a regular yearly trip. Large pool, decent sized hot tub, close to many restaurants and activities. Good people, can't say enough good things about this place!

My family always stay here and it is an awesome campground. Very well designed with fantastic bath houses with private restrooms. Very nice place and a great location. It also has a fun rear view of wonder works and the Titanic exhibit.

We stayed just before Thanksgiving, they had a 20% off your stay. A lot of open sites which was to be expected. Checking in was simple and easy and everyone was friendly. The sites were concrete and mostly flat. They had 2 laundry areas. This time of the year the pool was closed but the hot tub wasn't. The wifi was excellent. The location of the park is off the main road and is relatively quiet. You could hear the music from the Hatfield & McCoy dinner theater but it was loud. The traffic is a bit insane on the Parkway, just be patience. The turn onto Apple Valley Rd isn't bad, but if you have a long camper as we do I would recommend that you take up both the thru and turn lane so you have enough room for the turn.

Pigeon Forge Landing is a massive RV resort in the heart of Pigeon Forge. You’re very close to all activities but the resort is far back enough off the main road that you don’t hear road noise. The sites are large level concrete pads with a mix of pull throughs and back ins. The bathrooms are very clean with private restrooms and showers. The pool area is nice and has a large jacuzzi. We were backed up against the river and had a nice view. We were surrounded by lots of grass so we had plenty of area for our pups to be on leashes and go potty. The campground has tent sites available for those who prefer tent camping. The only downside to this campground is with all the land they have, the dog park is very tiny. It works for small pups but for large dogs that need to run, it’s not happening there. It was overall a great stay and we would definitely go back!
