WE LOVE THIS PLACE!! The people running the resort are the best! So accommodating, super friendly, every time we go, its like coming home to family. Nice bathhouse, well maintained & always clean. Playground, space to hang out indoors & out. Laundry room with multiple washer & dryers. Store to grab anything you might have forgotten, FOOD if you're hungry and more! I can't imagine staying anywhere else when we come to town. We love Charles & Delores! They always go above & beyond for us.
Awesome place and awesome people all around. 39 ft 5th wheel camper no problem. Camp fire ring at site and offer firewood. Clean and organized. Best all around campgrounds I've visited. Close to all the fun in Pigeon Forge. We will use them again.
First time staying and we'll definitely be back! The facilities were so clean, the pool and clubhouse were relaxing and beautifully maintained, and the staff were great! We really enjoyed our stay. The staff help you find your space and they're out maintaining the grounds literally all day. The concrete pads are also we'll maintained and the location is perfect getting in and out of PF. Loved it here!
My husband and I stayed there this past weekend and this is one of the most unfriendly camp grounds. The rules are ridiculous. The full time residents are rude. I have never felt unwelcome. We will not be back. We were just looking for a quick weekend get away and we never felt like we could relax. For anyone going there in the future just want you to know you cant have dog fencing or rugs on their less than manicured "grass" areas. Side note: we NEVER leave our dogs unattended!
My husband and I got a campsite here. We called the day of needing one and they had a few available. I talked to Tiffany on the phone and oh wow customer service was top notch. The other ladies in the office were also very kind and very helpful. We were going to be coming in after hours but that didn't matter as there was such a nice friendly welcoming man that met us at the front and led us to our site. We enjoyed it so much we actually decided to stay a second night. Everyone was friendly and helpful the place was so well kept and the pool was amazing. They Even have a cafe type area in the office area and the pizza was very good. Thank you all for such a wonderful stay.
