Here’s what our happy customers have to say about their experience at Pikes Peak RV Park:
- "This was our first RV Park experience. It was very nice. I'm thankful for the safety and security of this park. We felt comfortable enough to leave our pets in the park in our camper van, which allowed us to go out and experience more of the area than we would have."
- "The bathrooms and showers are very clean. Staff are exceptionally friendly and kind. The small fee of $10 for the dog wash included shampoo, towels, and a waterproof apron (this was such a great setup, and the shampoo left my pet's fur so soft)."
- "Laundry facilities are reasonably priced, and we could leave the room and know our stuff would be there when we came back because it is locked by passcode."
- "We really enjoyed our spot, the creek had several ducks in it all day for all 3 days we were there. Such a lovely place, we'll be back next time we're in the area!"
- "Pikes Peak RV is a gem that has become a staple in our trips to CO. Cheryl and her team go above and beyond to ensure guests are taken care of. Most of her team has been a member of the Pikes Peak family for years. They all are very pleasant, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable about the area."
- "Some say the campsites are tight, however we’ve found Pikes Peak RV campsite is more spacious, clean, and easier to navigate than other larger campsites in this area."
- "Bathrooms are very clean & well maintained, laundry has plenty of washers & dryers, also clean and well maintained. Campsite is next to a hiking trail that leads into Manitou Springs and has access to pool and fitness area next door. Great job Pikes Peak RV family, we’ll see you again next year."

We loved our stay so much we stayed 2 extra days! Cheryl and her amazing staff were kind, helpful, friendly and just went above and beyond! Its location can’t be beat if visiting Manitou Springs and being able to ride your bike right out of the park was awesome. The dog parks were great and even though it’s a smaller park it’s beautiful maintained and just a gem! The free root beer floats on Fridays were an added bonus! We will be back!
Very nice people, clean, and convenient to Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. Sites were very tight and jammed. We had one that backed up to the creek which was nice. You could hop on the Mainland bike trail which was nice. Great place if you need to sleep.
We stayed here in our truck camper for two nights and had such a great visit in Manitou Springs. The friendly staff helped us out with the public transportation so we were able to get all over town, without having to maneuver our big vehicle. The bathrooms are super clean and although the sites are close together everyone is nice and welcoming. The stream running out our back door with the ducks was the icing on the cake. Watching them every morning and evening from our window was awesome. Can’t wait to come back and explore some more of this fun town.
