I call it the ghetto. New mgmt lol. Broke down cars unregistered vehicles junk piled up tarps on campers garbage piled on doorsteps. Drunks and tweakers Another moved in up banging around all night. Not peaceful and quiet. P.S the sewer smell when it rains! Gag a maggot. Cheap cheap though
This park has mostly full timers and renters. The sites are very narrow and full of tall weeds and sand. The laundry was closed for repairs and according to the condition of the sign on the door, probably had been for a long time. Not really ideal for big rigs. But Debra was very pleasant snd the weekly rate was very reasonable. We would not stay there again.
Absolutely amazing place to live. Quiet, peaceful and easy access to all of aiken!
This is a small park right off the highway. The hostess is a sweetheart and was very friendly and helpful. Although the location is convenient, the park could definitely use some sprucing up. There are mainly permanent residents filling the spaces, and most of the campers are older and not very well maintained. The roads through the park are terrible......I would be afraid to drive on them in a small car due to the huge ruts and potholes everywhere. We had a nice site under a large shade tree, but we had a terrible problem with sewer flies the entire time we stayed here....literally hundreds of them a day in our camper. I'm not sure if it is something to do with their sewer system or water system, but the day we left and moved to a different park, the flies disappeared completely. Overall, I just think the owners need to update and upgrade their park a little to make it more pleasant for campers.
We stayed a month & Miss Deborah was so welcoming & helpful. And she loved the Hawaiian food my wife made for her. Yes, it is a rustic park, the lanes are not smooth, the trailers are close but the fellow rv'ers were open & kind. We experienced not "issues" and loved the price. Definitely will stay again. Mahalo
