I stayed at Rjourney on July 25 - July 29. All I can say is in all my travels this has to be the worst RV campground. THIS isn't a RESORT by no means. Let me start at day one. When I pulled into lot 42, Plugged in my service protector. Power tripped at pedestal. Good fortune my generator started for us to have power. Called front office, was told were full can't move to any other sites. FOUR hrs. in still no power. When maintenance arrived he stated nothing he can do. This campground sits on a single phase and needs to be upgraded to three phase. Campground isn't capable to handle big rigs drawing all the electricity. Is what maintenance and eclectic co. told me. After awhile I asked my neighbor site could I hook up my cord to his 50 amp plug, since he was on 30amp. I even went to the maintenance RV site to let him know what I had to do to get power. This was the only way to get power for the time I was there. Everyday I would check pedestal, still no power. Seamed like they just said Oh well he's piggy backing on another site. He has power. He's GOOD. The office lady was so nice and understanding. When she tried to call Manager it would be sent to voicemail. When I finally was able to speak with the manager. She stated would get with her higher ups. We had to leave and I left voice mail with manager and the owner to get some kind of credit for my generator time. NO ONE has tried to get back with me. The place looked like it's being neglected. Grass tall everywhere. Weeds growing tall around fire hydrant. Big dogs and small dogs not on leaches.

We were at this park from mid December to the end of July. Within the first week we had to move spaces as the septic was completely backed up. After we moved we had continual water issues. We had to hold the water hydrant down to have running water and had to fill out camper tank twice a day for running water in the camper. After months of this issue Maintance finally fixed the water. However they cut the power and left a hole in our space for a month before I finally filled it back in myself because the manager would not have Maintance fill in the hole. For the rest of our stay we didn’t have power in our site and we were told to use other pedestals around us. I had multiple other campers come to use the space we were told to plug into and most of them were rude and yelled at me for not being plugged into my space. Our last week there the new manager had staff come and unplug my camper and plug it into the pedestal that has no power while I was out of town. When I returned back to the camper it was at least 90 degrees inside and my pets had been trapped in it for hours. The staff lied to me and told me they unplugged it 10 minutes earlier even though the manager told me it had been hours since they unplugged it. The management refuses to enforce any rules and I was attacked by a dog on the property and the manager refused to even speak to the dog owner. I will never spend another penny at any rjourney location after them refusing to provide utilities and endangering my family and animals.

I needed a place to stop during a road trip to Colorado, and this was the perfect place! When I called to reserve a spot, communication was smooth and helpful. When I arrived, I was welcomed by staff and given an information packet to help guide me through my stay. Staff members were on call, if I ever needed them. Bathrooms and laundry room were very clean. Microwave available upon request. There were games that could be checked out. Pine Bluffs is a quaint town to walk around, and I felt safe during my time there.

RV rookies at an overnighter. Couldn't figure out the press down and pin water supply. Dave showed up right before I was trying to figure out how to disassemble the connection. Thank you Dave for stopping me from creating my own geyser. Good overnight stop. Quiet, low traffic, far enough away from the highway. Consistent power, good water pressure, dump in place. All was well
