Customer Reviews
I last camped here from 1965-1979. And one day I wish to make a trip back for a walk through. It was owned then by the Stanfield Family. Such fantastic memories for me. I bet things have changed today.
Extremly rude and arrogant staff, my goodness! Pulled in with a jetski attached to me wanting to ask questions about the park since we have a 30ft fifth wheel looking for a new home and they automatically assumed I was there to use their boat launch. I pulled up to the office and I couldn't say one word or get a foot out of the truck before he was all over me. I would suggest staying away from this place. If the staff is that arrogant, sounds like a problem waiting to happen.
Nice beach, nice swimming area, nice calm lake. The owners are friendly and the campers are friendly.
Pineaires Resort is a wonderful family park. The lake is a spring fed, has a natural sandy bottom and a beautiful blue green color. This lake is great for swimming and kayaking. The fishing is fantastic. The seasonal campers are friendly and welcoming. This park is like stepping back in time where kids can be kids again. The sites are large and full serviced. Nice owners as well. Would highly recommend. Not really sure who D Watson is as there was NEVER any renters with that name in the park to my knowledge. I truly believe that he/she has this park mixed up with another as the owners or Pineaires are more than willing to help out when needed, and they address any issues as soon as they arise. We have been to other parks and this by far has been the friendliest that we have encountered. I would rate it above the 5 stars allowed if I could!
my family had a trailer here for a few years, i wish they took better care of the park. many years ago it was a beautiful little park, now the cottages and the landscaping isn’t very nice. gunther and elona weren’t particularly friendly. i do like how many of the sites have trees behind, but there isn’t a lot of privacy (which is pretty average for a trailer park). the beach isn’t bad! gets pretty busy in the summer. sandy lake is a nice lake.
