Considering the location, it was great. I rented cabin 5 with 2 full beds for a family of 4. Cabin 5 has 1 parking spot. The parking spot is about 20 feet away from the cabin. For winter, they had a heated room with on demand hot water. It took a while to get hot water but it works. We had a coffee pods, small fridge, microwave, and towels. The 2 beds came with a fitted sheets, comforters, and pillows.
It was my first time staying with Pinecrest Chalet, I got a small cottage for our family of 4, 2 full size bunk beds. Heated nice and have instant hot water, only complaint is wifi is spotty. Nice location to Dodgeridge. I booked 2 nights as minimum requirement, on second day I heard my store in Fresno burglar broke in so we had to leave that night, since the lobby was closed so I didn’t talk to anyone. I emailed them later hoping they’ll give me room credit for next time, I didn’t think they will! But they did! Thank you so much! I’ll book again this season.
After years camping we tried this place nine years back. We started in the camper parking and never looked back. This place is just plain awesome.. After a few years we decided to stay in the cabins and again never looked back. They people working here are always ready to help. Sometimes it is hard to get in touch with someone via phone but when here you can just knock on the door were the workers stay. Last week I arrived at around five and could not find mat key. I called the number and in minutes someone came out and got my key. I would not hesitate this place is awesome....
I have been hired to provide and fix all these prior complaints, I assure you this is one great place that you will not want to leave and the service is great for all our guests. If you have a complaint, I will address it immediatly, we have done so many immprovements. I ask all our guests what they sugguest if anything that would make there stay the most memorable experience, and as I receive a few, I address them if they are reasonable. I can tell you I dont receive many because the Chalet has improved 100 percent. I would welcome any comments from prior guests that would like to share there experience with myself and Juan on the property
We were in the big green chalet. The living area was nice. Great location. My gripes are that the wifi sucked and there were only 2 mugs.
