Stayed 4 days on the RV loop. Site was fine. AT&T service was good. Close to all the trails. There’s a pool that we didn’t use, but was very popular. Camp store was well stocked, ice cream was reasonable. Staff was friendly and quick to handle maintenance uses. Only issue other then the price (very high for NP) was the number of showers and toilets. This place has a large number of tent camping and day use and the showers were always in use.

Great for groups, access to the Pinnacles and other hiking that is only a few hours away from the Peninsula on a crowded Friday night in traffic. This was our first trip and so we found ourselves doing absolutely zero for the weekend - which was truly lovely. Next time we'll be back to do all the hiking and exploring. Dog friendly, nice little shop to pick up last minute supplies, WIFI @ $7 a day if that's your thing and T-Mobile works with just enough service to keep you online.

Campground store doesn't have a lot of selection like others. The store mainly has snacks and things to light up a fire. Stayed at #131 campground for groups and it was a good size. Only downsize was that the restrooms were like a 10 min walk. Place to get water, parking and start of trail were right across.

The park and landscape are pretty amazing. The hike/walk is easy to moderate. The caves and reservoir are the two good places to see. I could gives it a 3 stars because the camping experience is not as good. The gate to the caves and reservoir is closed at 5pm (I think). There is no wood fires allow (even in the pit) until October.
