Customer Reviews
This was an excellent campground! it was a PERFECT spot and we will definitely be back! It was extremely spacious. We had 3 cars parked and 4 tents put up with plenty room for more. The Adirondack was came in handy because it rained both nights we were there. It was big enough for 3 tents! There was also 3 large tables so we had plenty of space for cooking/prep/eating. There was a runoff that made a nice creek area where we hung our hammocks and could take a nap. There are also some trails that you can go on. We did not bc we didn’t have time but the campground host said that they were not marked and just made by past guests. The pit toilet was exactly that and we did not use it Bc we paid to use the bathhouse which was across the street from the site. Which also gave us access to the laundry room. But be mindful that you need quarters and it was $3. There was only 2 things that made me take off a star. One of the grates for one of the grills was bent so badly you couldn’t cook on it. And that needs to be replaced. And the second thing was that we had to pay to use the bath house. $5 per person for the duration of our stay. The bathhouse was also outdated. It was clean as I guess it could be. The closest one to the site was better than the one in the back.
Beautiful. This was my second time camping here. Weather was perfect went swimming and fishing. Cooked on the campfire
What a fantastic stay! The volunteer campground supervisor was a gem! So helpful with ideas on hikes, things to do, and very personable to make our time super enjoyable! Loved the camping and peacefulness!
