Checked in over the phone late in the day. Stephanie was very courteous and the whole process took no more than five or six minutes. After-hours access to the campground was not a problem at all and the assigned site was clean and well located. I will definitely come back again.
Went with our family and in-laws for the kids to have one nice little 3 night vaca before school starts. We had a great time, everyone was friendly, facilities were always clean, grounds were kept up nice. We even did a hike with kids ages 12, 9, and 5. They caught 2 salamanders (and released them) found many cool mushrooms! And the pool was perfect for the kids and us adults. We will definitely be back.
The campground had a lot to do. They had a Halloween theme for the weekend we were staying. There was bingo and a haunted house, as well as a costume contest for best costume. The employees were very friendly and helpful. They even showed us to our site.
We had a wonderful stay at Pioneer Valley! They were so accommodating when we had a check-in change and another change due to the weather. Our family enjoyed staying in the cabins. From the creature comforts of home like comfy beds, dark curtains to the availability of a/c, we were spoiled from our usual tent camping. We will be happy to come back and stay at Pioneer Valley!
Great campgrounds with a lot of amenities for the kids. The pool was very clean. The breakfast they sold the Sunday that we were there was so good. But overall my favorite part was the staff. They were so welcoming, friendly and made the stay that much better.
