LOVE my CRA timeshare! I come every year for my free week. Contact me if you're interested in purchasing a camping/RV timeshare with Colorado River Adventures. I'll split the referral fee with you!!! This is the only location with only cottages and RVs to rent on-site. Fantastic ocean-view location. People hate timeshares, but I love mine! Great value!

This is a members only resort with individual cottages. It is located just a few steps from Pismo Beach. Very clean and very friendly. We had a very good week.
The Host Jesse was very helpful! And Friendly. Cottage was very nicely decorated & clean. Location amazing.
We booked a week in April and loved it. They are individual cottages of varying sizes with a small, semi stocked kitchen, sleeping area, bathroom and a bbq. I won't lie, there is lots of sand and salt water does take its toll but remember, you're at the beach. Literally a 2 minute walk and your toes are in the sand. Jesus, manager, was super friendly and answered any question we had about the area Had a great time and can't wait to head back.
