Pismo Coast Village RV Resort

Small spaces but nice facilities, staff and location. Right on the beach, with beach access, and a 2 minute walk over the waterway via a pedestrian bridge and you are in downtown Pismo Beach shopping and dining district. Our 3 small pups were welcomed and there were plenty of opportunities for them to take a walk, on and off the property. It’s pretty mellow considering it’s very family oriented and there were kids concentrated by the play structure. All in all we really enjoyed our visit and will be back.

Nice RV park. Excellent condition, very clean, even the restrooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice facilities including laundromat, arcade, general store, pool and toddler 1ft wading pool. Saw a 9 hole miniature golf area cut didn't try it. Would rate it 5 stars except for the loud party nearby until we'll after midnight. With the regular security patrols that we saw, wished they would have reminded them to tone it down. This is especially important with the closeness of all the spaces. To get a gauge, figure your rig plus one car wide. In good notes, there is a lot of walking that can be done and the General Store has 2, 3 and 4 wheeled bikes to rent.

Pismo Coast Village is a hidden gem of a resort. They have gorgeous beach views from their observation deck, delicious meals at the Rock and Roll diner and fun activities like Bingo and Canvas Art!

Rv park is clean and spots are a nice size. Employees are friendly and helpful. Beach access is super close and butterfly sanctuary is within walking distance. Restrooms are clean and general store is also nice. Would recommend this rv park to anyone wanting a clean and nice rv park. Will definitely be coming back!

We were excited to try out the RV park and we had 3 family’s set for our trip. I called the RV park a few days before arrival to confirm we had 3 spots next to each other and to see if we could check in early. They checked and said our sites were clear and we were good to check in early. When we got to the park at 1pm they checked us in and said the sites were ready. When we drove to our site there was a rental trailer in our spot. When we called the office to let them know the lady on the phone kept putting me on hold to check and came back and said we would have to come back at 4 PM that they could do nothing for us As they were backed up and picking up trailers that day When I asked her, why did they let me know prior to arrival that we were good and upon arrival that we were good she said she doesn’t know but you’ll have to drive offsite and come back We already drove five hours to get here To me, they made the mistake multiple times by telling us our site was ready They should’ve made it a priority to get somebody to our site to get it removed so we were not inconvenienced by your mistake We had to go up to the office to complain to the manager was not there, and who never called us back even during our whole day so obviously customer service is not part of their business practice The trailer finally got moved because we luckily ran into one of the transporters, and he moved it for us Also, they say that they have fiber Internet throughout the entire park yet I could not get on any of our devices at our site I walked up to the front desk and let them know they confirm the password, but it still would not connect any of our devices This RV park is not cheap and you would expect to have some good service that was not the case in our experience Most likely, we won’t come back here again just because of the lack of customer service
