Pismo Sands RV Resort

Conveniently located on Highway 1 a few miles from the Oceano Dunes, the RV Resort is a relaxing, pretty campground with level, blacktop pads, grassy areas between campsites and lots of mature trees for shade. Staff is friendly and helpful, bathrooms are clean, there is a pool, game room and library, large laundry room, small playground and dog park. The grounds are nicely maintained.

Pismo Coast Sands is a beautiful spacious RV park, secure and provides extra curricular activities for the kids on weekends. We have always stayed at Pismo Coast Village and were first timers. We really were impressed and cannot wait to go back! Thank you for a great experience Pismo Sands RV Park!

I’m extremely disappointed and outraged by the treatment I experienced at Pismo Sands RV Park . My trailer was unlawfully towed without the required notice, violating California Civil Code § 798.36, which mandates at least 72 hours’ written notice. To make matters worse, animals were left inside the trailer during the towing, endangering their safety and forcing me to pay after-hours fees to rescue them. The management has refused to provide the owner’s contact information, violating California Civil Code § 798.28, and has shown no accountability for the harm they’ve caused. Their negligence has left me and my child homeless, damaged my belongings, caused food in my refrigerator to spoil due to loss of power, and left me paying exorbitant fees while trying to recover from pneumonia. These actions are not only unethical but also illegal. I have issued a formal demand for compensation and will pursue legal action to ensure accountability. If you value your property, safety, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend avoiding this RV park at all costs.

This is our go to spot off season. It is always clean and quiet! I love the sound of the birds in the trees!

They text you constantly about things throughout your stay instead of letting you know at check in. Our first issue is we were advised we are not to have a mat down because they are revamping there grass. That is fine is the grass wasn't 4 inches long. Then we were not advised of the sprinkler times and woke up to everything wet so couldn't enjoy a morning outside by the fire. The spots are very tight and we couldn't even open our awning all the way without hitting the next trailer. They do however have buddy spots where you can pull through that are alot larger and you can enjoy the face to face trailers with your friends and family. If we choose to stay there again this will def. be our request.
