- "Our family had the most amazing experience at this park! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Savannah and her husband went out of their way to help us. What a very family-friendly environment! Our children were able to play freely. Loved the amenities. 10 out of 10 for sure! We will go back!"
- "Stayed in a rental trailer for 6 weeks. The trailer is in serious need of new couch, bed, and seats. On the flip side, the staff was wonderful. Super nice, willing to help, and made the stay easier. The bingo games were a lot of fun. They work hard and are always willing to help. It seemed they worked way over 40 hours at keeping the grounds looking neat and trimmed. In a nutshell, the staff was fantastic."

If you're looking for a place to get away and enjoy time with family/friends or needing a long-term spot to park your camper, this is the place! I stayed here for 1.5 years while I was in CRNA school in Augusta and it was an exceptional place! The staff are very attentive and some of the sweetest people you will ever meet! It's about 10 minutes from McCormick, SC and 40 minutes from Augusta so it's in a very convenient location. Definitely would recommend 10/10!
We didn't do any research. Just booked because of the name. Found out the lake is 2 miles away. It was quiet, a nice place, just not what we were looking for. Wanted to kayak from our campsite.
This campground is a very quite and peaceful place. We booked this campground a year in advance for two months and was given open site 26. When we called to comfirm our spot in 26 we were told we had been moved to site 41 because another camper was in site 26 and wanted to stay there even though we had the site already booked a year out. Once we arrived we went to site 41 and was there for the first month then the camper in site 26 moved to another site so the staff called us and let us move to our original spot we had booked for the rest of our stay. Even though our stay got off on the wrong foot, the time at the campground was a very pleasant experience. The staff was great, friendly and made our stay worth it. The campground was clean, well maintained, and very nice place to stay.
