It is amazing the work being put in to re open one of the best campgrounds around. There isn't a bad site in the whole campground. Lake side everywhere. Full hookups as well. Can't wait to get there when it opens back up hopefully in December.
My wife and I only stayed here overnight but we know we want to return for an extended stay. The grounds are well kept, the spots roomy and the staff friendly, attentive and helpful.
Great location for a destination wedding feel with in the CSRA! Shooting wedding the location is accommodating and the scenery is breathtaking when weather is good .
First time visiting. Enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Beautiful site. Three enjoyable days. The camp host was a jerk but other than that would truly like to go back.
The spaces are large and well placed. Everyone is friendly and ready to help in any way. My husband fell and broke his leg. They jumped into action calling the ambulance then coming to get me while someone stayed with him.
