Port of Siuslaw Campground

The best thing about this campground is that it’s located right in the heart of Florence. It’s a really quick walk to the historic downtown, where you can grab some coffee, food and browse through gift shops. The RV park was empty in the winter. No issues with the site. We had full hook ups and the rate was affordable. There were only two bathrooms/showers with stainless steel toilets and no hot water in the taps. It’s fine for one night, but for a longer term stay, I would prefer something with a cozier toilet/shower set up.

Nice RV park within walking distance of Old Town Florence on the river. Right on the water during winter weather sitting inside watching the storms roll through was very relaxing.

Very crowded and close together spots. You open your door, and look right into the next guy's RV... With all the big rigs in there, you feel walled in. And the utilities need upgraded; the faucets are barely above ground, and some cable TV boxes have been run over flat. Also, I think it's a price gouge to charge $10 to make a reservation, when you are standing at the counter. It doesn't take any more work to type the info into the computer. On the plus side, the laundry room is spotless, & the location is fabulous!

Beware late arrival. They don't provide any code for laundry, shower, wifi and so on, even with advance reservation. No instruction at all, but only site number. Their office hour is till 5pm M-F. So, be awere of it.

We came to this campground for a 2 month stay, just wanted to explore Florence and see All it had to offer. We have been here before, but only spent a day or two, years ago and really liked it, so came back and did explore everything in the area, and, renewed our vows here on the coast, for our 39 years anniversary. This campground is beautiful, well kept, bathrooms and laundry very clean, every time we used them. The staff are all very nice and communication is very good here, we have enjoyed our stay here in this peaceful and beautiful campground, it is a hidden gem, and I would definitely recommend it.

Nice campground, great location, reasonable prices. I had a waterfront site and it was lovely. Site was level and everything worked as it should. (I didn't use the restrooms or showers but did use the laundry, which was clean and modern.) Short walk to town, with tons to do. I enjoy going to the Laughing Crab wine bar and it's nice to be a short walk from "home" after a few glasses of wine and live music :)

Great location in the heart of Florence. Showers are clean but they run extremely hot and you can’t adjust the temperature. Spots are very close together. The grounds are kept clean and maintained day. Laundry room is nice. It’s a good place to stay. WiFi is iffy at best. We stayed for 6 months which is the longest you can stay per calendar year. Pets are allowed. The office people are nice and helpful.

Port of Siuslaw is where we all stay for the Rhody days. Great times over the years. Been going for 15 years. The management allows us to have a good time!

Has plenty of RV sites. Can choose river side or up under trees. Or pull through in the middle of the campground. Clean, quiet , pet friendly. Has restrooms and showers. Also has laundry facilities.
