This is pretty much how a great park should be. The county should be very proud of this. Only thing I could say that is negative would be that the bathhouses need a little work. This park has pretty much everything and great gym equipment right alone the walking path. One of the best.
We did a camping trip with friends. Had a wonderful time! The park was fun and had great exercise equipment. Lots of squirrel holes all over, take flashlights at night. We did a bit of glamping with luxury amenities, all having a good time. We will definitely go back!
Quiet Park most the year. I've camped here for WAR a few times. Staff is amazing and a great help.
This is my most favorite county park in all of San Diego. Perfect venue for weddings, faires, and all sorts of outdoor events. The Ranger is super helpful and knowledgeable about his location. It’s located about 45 minutes from Rancho San Diego through Jamul and Dulzura. There’s hiking trails, spots for RV camping and tent camping.
This is one of favorite places to camp. We always go with a large group of friends which helps but I would like it even if we were on our own. Lots of shady and level sites.
