I spent a total of three nights, two in a tent, one in a cabin. Great sleep each time, the tent is spacious and comfortable; the cabin well stocked and well equipped. The facilities are clean and still improving, we had no issue with the WiFi and truly enjoyed the pizza oven. Do make sure you stop by the airstream for coffee and snacks, or by the market that has all you might need. Note that the place's website somewhat shows no vacancies the day of. Do give them a call, they probably have rooms available.
Fabulous place. We stayed at cabin 8 and it was the perfect size for a family of 3. It was well stocked with kitchen tools, bathroom stuff, and a DVD player. Not really any wifi, so plan accordingly. We shared a fire pit with cabin 12, but they were super cool people. Cabin was right on the stream, even though it didn't have a water view. The store was a great amenity, even if it didn't have everything, it had enough
I went to this campsite for one night with my girlfriend for my birthday last week and we had an amazing time. We checked in to our site late but were met beforehand with a kind phone call to assure us that they would be of service to us. They placed a map of the grounds on the front door of their general store for us which was closed upon our arrival. Once we got to our reserved grounds, we were almost immediately and kindly greeted by Steven, who was extremely hospitable despite him technically working off the clock. He offered us anything we needed and more, and even gave me a present for my birthday. We reserved the “island” tent site (Site 5) which was completely surrounded by rivers and creeks. It was the perfect size for two and had a tranquil ambiance for our stay. I will say that the water is quite loud on that site, so if you’re looking for some silence, try a campsite away from the water or rent one of their cabins. Overall, we had an incredible experience and intend to return soon.
Define a perfect mountain get away and you get Archers. Exceeded all expectations, the staff is amazing. I have stayed at every resort in the canyon and this place does it right. No worries, no stress, just an amazing time!
We went for the first time over labor day weekend. We had tent site 5 and it was amazing. The site is set right next to a little stream and was clean and a good size for us. Site 5 also had lots of trees so had good shade during the day. The site was maybe a 1 minute walk from the store, hot tub and bathroom/shower. The lights on the bridge to site 5 didn't work but they had little lights on the path which was nice in the dark. The store has a bunch of little things if you forgot something and the food truck had great shakes! It would be nice if there was more detail provided about highlights in the area. We definitely want to come back!
