We stayed in the cabins which had a nice queen bed, a kids room with a bunk bed, and full bathroom facility. Kitchen had all that you would need, with exception of an oven (who wants to bake when on vacation). All was immaculately clean & well kept. The park has many other options from trailers, larger cabins and Yurts. The website is great & easy in making your selection. The kids had fun on the playground and walking around the site. Best part, we had our golden retriever with us the whole time.
We stayed at the farmhouse for a bachelorette party and a couple of the bridal party folks and I each requested a cabin for the wedding. The units were phenomenal: well equipped, up to date appliances, and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially in big moments like this. They made our lodging just as good of an experience as the bachelorette and wedding itself. Would highly recommend this place to anyone vacationing or needing a place for once in a lifetime memories.
On our way to vacation in Maine, we stopped off for the night again at Presque Isle RV Park. After a full day of driving and pulling our 5th wheel it was a blessing to pull off the expressway and the park was 5 min away. It was a welcome sight for two weary travelers. Woman in the office was very nice and friendly and our site was a pull through just ahead of the office, how great is that. Site was large and pretty much level, husband did not even unhook our truck. Just looking around the park, was well maintained, sites looked large, good water pressure, big pool with fencing, area for young children to play, sandbox , swing set. The park being right off the expressway was very quiet. On our way out of the park the next morning we dropped our trash off at the dumpster conveniently located. This was a so easy in and easy out experience for overnight travelers like ourselves. When we return back home we already reserved our spot for the night. Highly recommend this nice Park. We spent the weekend at a tent site and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The staff in the store were very kind and helpful. My girls enjoyed the pool and playground area. The bathroom set up was a plus! I saw some reviews complain that the bathrooms were dirty or had soft floors but it's the outdoors and we expected things could be dirty or weathered... that's to be expected in our opinion. Definitely will be staying again!!
Myself and some others needed a place to stay for just a night and this was the perfect spot. It's close to Presque Isle S.P. and all sorts of places to eat. We were primitive tenting there and it was very spacious even with the 4 tents we had set up. I would love to stay again in the future.
