Clean, fun and staff friendly. Doesn't have sandy beaches, but does have some rock free areas. Picnic tables and some shade available. New camping areas look nice. Water playground is really fun. Wave runner and tubing rentals were easy and super fun.

Awesome campground. Easy to get to and easy to find. The camp hosts are very attentive and friendly. Bathrooms are very well cleaned. Camp spots are well maintained and clean. Granted it was 104 degrees when we arrived but well worth it. Beautiful view of the lake and very close walking distance to the lake. Highly recommend. Will be back for sure.

I camped here in March 2024, in the beautiful new section of the campground. Both old and new sections enjoy a spectacular view on the banks and just above the Quail Creek reservoir, with it's surrounding hills. The new section is absolutely sparkling, including the cleanest most shiny bathrooms I've ever seen in a campground. Or at least not since I was a child.

Very well kept campground. The views are extraordinary. During the summer season, there are a lot of fun things to do, but during the off-season, it's just a campground at a lake. QU23 and the other upper sites: The tent sites are pretty small. It's a good thing we brought a couple of our 3-person dome tents because there would have been no way we would have gotten our 13x13 family tent up. Even then, with the 2 smaller tents side by side, they hung over the wooden tent space frame. There is a tent spot, a covered picnic table on concrete, and a fire pit, which is the whole space. It was quite a bit smaller than I expected. Just things to be aware of, don't let any of it put you off. The people that work there were all very nice. It is a really beautiful place, we enjoyed our time, and we would definitely go back during the summer to experience everything it offers.

Great location! Gazebo for cover, fire pit/grill, water and electric hook up. Will be back again. The restroom was clean and the showers had hot and cold water. The location also had A/C in the restroom and shower location.
