Quality Inn

Mr. Seghal and his staff were pleasant and welcoming. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Very kid friendly! And their hot tub actually works. We will be back next time we visit family.

We were issued a room near the back door of the hotel. There is a door to the outside back there that was open 24/7 to be used with a card. This door had people going in and out all night either to the room next to us or across from us. The night manager did nothing about it, they were loud and obnoxious and the door was slamming continually all night. We didn't sleep at all. There was also no one to intervene. finally somebody around 4:00 a.m. knocked on their door and it quieted down so I assume it was the night manager. I was extremely disappointed as I come there to stay and get a good night's sleep.we had a long drive ahead of us. I spoke to the manager in the morning at the desk when we checked out and said I it was unacceptable and that I would like to have a refund. She understood and said she would contact her general manager and he would get back to me. That has not happened. So I'm extremely disappointed with this hotel. I felt like I was in a tweakers convention with people going in and out of that particular room all night long, obviously they were letting people in and out the back door. There's a sign on it it says it is permanently locked after 11:00 p.m. which it should be. That would keep people from coming in and out they'd have to come in through the front door.

I booked a room from 2/23/2024 to 2/25/2024 for myself, my husband, and our 4 year old daughter. At first upon arriving to the hotel things weren't looking so good due to construction on the highway and the access to the hotel I mean it kind of difficult to get into the property. But once we got to the hotel things were great. I couldn't have asked for better stuff. The stuff at the property were so nice and helpful I was just dumbfounded. I felt that they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a wonderful. Like I said from check in till check out every single staff member that we had the pleasure of dealing with during our stay was absolutely phenomenal. I truly hope that these reviews are looked at by people higher up in management and that they reflect on the good reviews of their staff because they have a huge impact on guest returning or not. I have stayed at many hotels and until my stay here, I can not say that I have ever been treated so wonderful by every staff member that I dealt with. These guys are a true asset to you company!!!!! Thank you again guys for being so nice and helpful. You guys rock and I will be returning very soon!!!

My wife and I stayed here at Quality Inn in Bend Oregon in July 2024. Rooms were quite dusty and dirty to be honest. Coffee machine did not work. Hair dryer did not work either. Extra charges were also noted and not explained on our credit card added after our departure. Not to mention there are barely any places to eat right around that area. We will not be staying at this hotel chain any longer. ‘Choice’ or ‘Quality Inn,’ whatever they call themselves.

We stayed here on a trip from California to Idaho. It was our halfway point and we were trying to save money after having stayed at the Hampton Inn on the way down to California. The front desk help was very kind and patient with us. Traveling with six tired kids including a baby was not easy. We were exhausted and ready to swim and turn in. We did not get adjoining rooms which we had requested when we reserved but she got us as close together as possible. I appreciated her efforts. Our room was clean but three of the four light bulbs were burned out. She replaced them right away while the maintenance man replaced the hallway ones. Swim towels were clean and plentiful and the pool was superb. We sat in the spa as well which was hot! The carpets were a bit worn and bed linens thin and not very warm. We used the extra blanket from the closet. We used the laundry and it was clean and useful. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, and fresh fruit. Bravo! The kids ate their fill but I was limited to an apple and coffee as there were no gluten free options. Oh well. The apple was great.
