Quality Inn

This hotel is my choice for my weekly stay in North Conway. The price is the same as other budget-friendly hotels, but this Quality Inn is better than it's neighbors in cleanliness of the rooms and bedding. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I have had nothing but pleasant experience with any staff. Great place to stay, and great job!

Worst experience I’ve had . Walked into my room and I instantly knew I wasn’t going to stay here . Drove 2 hours home. Musty smell, staining on the blankets on the bed, on the curtains, bathroom was nasty, overall its was gross and drove 2 hours home didn’t even stay the night spent one hour wondering why I booked this place . If your considering this place because it’s a few bucks cheaper , don’t , you’d be much better off spending the 50 bucks at the grand hotel next door (where I normally stay when I’m in the area) . Oh and the building is fully accessible by anyone just walk in and the pool was mediocre at best It smelt like mold . Added a few photos but they don’t do justice, this room wasn’t cleaned or was cleaned by someone who didn’t care enough .

I stayed on a peak fall foliage weekend, so the prices were very high for what the hotel offered. The hotel meet my expectations, but needs some maintenance and deep cleaning. Breakfast was as expected, well stocked, and very crowded. Staff was pleasant.

Horrible experience here. Stay far away!! Got a room, walked in and it immediately smelled, appeared dirty, and wasn’t even vacuumed at all. I had to buy cleaning supplies and pre clean before my family stepped in. Somehow we had a pet room and later found that out. We didn’t book it or didn’t know that our room was a pet room. Hostess insisted that we booked it and picked it. It didn’t state this on our receipt or room number. Manager and hostess claimed they called before to tell us; they didn’t. As the night progressed, the pet smell came back, causing my family the inability to breathe and we had to open windows to get a proper air circulation (asthmatic children and adults in the room with allergies). When contacting management, nobody cared, we got the run around, and they didn’t want to accommodate us/refund us right away. After a fight back and forth and speaking to multiple people there, we left the room with the kids asleep and everything. We Didn’t even get to spend a few hours here and had such a bad experience. We will never return and I advise everyone to stay away. Not good at all and not fit for a family/ people with allergies. I would not recommend to anyone.

The facility is a bit dated and none of it appears to be wheelchair accessible. The room was okay. I was amused by the room secondary door lock which was attached to the door trim by three very short screws. I could have leaned up against it and it would have sheared off. The free breakfast was quite good and the staff ( just one lady I believe) really went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect.
