I wish so bad that I had taken pictures of everything that we encountered during our stay, but unfortunately I didn’t. I’m not at all picky or one to complain but this place was nasty. Immediately when we got to the room I went to the back door to see the view and I was greeted by multiple bugs by the back door, alive and dead. We threw them all outside. But then I went around the rest of the room and in the corners there were even more bugs. I never saw a roach but with how many other bugs were in there I wouldn’t be surprised if there were roaches in there either. When I got in the shower there was black hair wrapped around the shampoo and conditioner, as well as around the rest of the tub. I let all of that go as long as the bed was clean. When we came back to the hotel later that night, there was 5 stink bugs all around the bed, and then I look behind the bed and there’s about 5 more. No one had cleaned this room properly in a LONG time. We immediately left in the middle of the night because we couldn’t stand to sleep in there. When I went to the front desk, I told the young man at the counter that we were checking out, and that our room was full of bugs (I wasn’t making a scene, just wanted to let him know what was going on) and that we weren’t comfortable staying there. He said he would put some notes in my reservation and have a manager call me. Well it’s been a week now and I’ve not heard a word. I figured that was coming but I didn’t have the energy to fight with him plus it wasn’t his fault. Long story short, the location is super close to the casino, but don’t waste your time and your money on this place.

This is our go to place. We love the large rooms. Recommend the suite if you like more room. It has a couch area and it's nice to have that option. Great area. Very safe. The friendliest staff. I tried putting this on the Choice Hotels site, but no option without them sending me a survey of my stay. I stayed at this hotel on 1/17/25. I booked the hotel using my points from previous stays. I have a gold member status (10 or more stays in a year). One of the benefits of this is supposedly to get either early check-in's or late check-out's. I asked for a late check out. I was told that I could not have one because the manager decided to change their rules and only allow platinum members to have a late check out. (They were not busy with no more than 10 cars in the parking lot including employees). You would think that a King 1 Room Suite would include a microwave since they include an old nasty fridge. Nope. The extra food I brought from dinner was thrown away because I had no way to heat it up. I do not know how this hotel claims to be an award winner- obviously no one actually voted that stayed here. Had they been more polite, I wouldn't have been as critical.

Amazing hotel but I wish they have microwave in the rooms. The do have common microwave though. Also balcony needs to be cleaned… when I opened balcony there were like hundreds of spiders. Front staff is so sweet and humble.

The young lady did an exceptional job at helping us at the front desk. My husband is very particular about hotel rooms, what floor he's on. Noise and parking. I understand why this hotel wins awards. Great job.
