Quality Inn

I would give this place zero stars if I could. This hotel stay was an absolute disaster from start to finish. First, the TV was mounted crooked and at an awkward angle, making it almost impossible to watch comfortably. To make matters worse, the hotel removed the original TV remote and replaced it with a cheap, useless one that wouldn’t allow us to switch inputs. We had to keep calling the front desk for someone to come up with a "master" remote just to change to the correct HDMI port. Ridiculous. Then there was the mini-fridge—warm upon arrival. A technician came, pulled it out, cranked it up, and told us to wait an hour. After waiting, we checked ourselves and discovered it WASN’T EVEN PLUGGED IN. Basic competency is apparently too much to ask for here. The bathroom was just as bad. The bathtub plug wouldn’t go all the way down, so taking a bath was impossible. The sink didn’t even have a plug. To top it off, the toilet paper holder was barely hanging onto the wall, attached with nothing but cheap plastic anchors. But the worst part? The noise. At 12:30 AM, I was rudely awakened by an insanely loud tracker plowing snow right outside our window. Every time it passed, the driver slammed the bucket down on the pavement, making an unbearable crashing noise. This went on for over an hour and a half. Who in their right mind thinks this is acceptable? To add insult to injury, this hotel claims to have been newly renovated—a blatant lie. If these are their so-called "renovations," they should be ashamed. Everything about this place screams neglect and corner-cutting. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this dump.

Rooms are clean but it should be called the basic hotel. No closet only hooks. A deck and chair no other chairs to sit or table to eat at. Pool was cold and the hot tub was not hot. Slept the night and left the minute my eyes opened. Did not stay for breakfast could not get out fast enough.

athough the room was clean and in order, the corridoors and stairwells were not at all. and our choice for this hotel was also because they had an indoor pool which we enjoy when traveling, but this one was freezing, and the hot tubs jucuzzi stystem didn't work, but it was hot at least. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special. The outside yard always reeked of cigarettes and pot . Not up to the Quality Inn standards we are use to.

Great customer service, unfortunately couldn’t get any pictures as i generally like telling people what they are paying for but indeed worth what you are paying and beyond…. Friendly arrival, i had some issues with my card but got resolved very quickly, unlike in past where i had to stand hours at times… definitely will be visiting again

BED BUG'S!!!! I had to contact the manager for a refund and she never replied back to my email. The front desk girl had also emailed the manager about the bed bug i found so we know the manager has seen my email with the pictures attached to the email. The rest of the front desk people have been very nice though. The girl at the front desk gave me a new room but it's unsettling to sleep in a hotel you just found bed bugs in.
