No elevator, but front desk did offer 1st floor room. The room, oh so bad. One light didn't work, could not turn on shower, duct tape on curtains, hole in bathroom door, overall worn. Large screen tv was good as was the bed. We hear breakfast should be good don't know yet. Can not recommend this place.
Great choice if its your only choice. I would definitely not purposely choose to stay here again. Half my lights in room didn't work informed front desk first night, nothing was fixed second night still had lights out, stains on walls from who knows what. Toilet rocked when sat on. Water pressure was horrible. Be quick showering had about 2 minutes of hot water. Location was good close to food and other amenities.
Arrived at 6:15am, person at front desk was very rude. The person I booked with over the phone was very nice. Curtain on window was broke and half was hanging down. Carpet on stairwell and in room is stained and dirty. Water in shower only got luke-warm at best and didn't last long. Breakfast is decent. Do not recommend!
My family and I had two rooms here for a funeral we were attending in town. We had to switch our first 2 rooms because there was no heat in one room because the unit caught fire at the outlet and had burn marks all over the outlet and the wall. The second rooms one had no smoke detector and the pull out sofa was horrible it caved into every support bar. The second room had broken porcelain sink and burn holes everywhere. There was no breakfast because the health department shut it down. We were not informed about that at checkin. All around horrible experience.
Seemed clean and nIce at first but then discovered a roach and some gnats. Water faucet leaked so the bathroom reeked of chlorine when closed. Holes in drapes. Bed was somewhat comfortable but very high, so would be hard for an older person The side door had no latch or lock so very easy for someone to come in and out. Big safety concern.
