Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt special – their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. My room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and provided a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. Everything about my stay was seamless and enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again for my next visit. Truly a gem!
Very uncomfortable beds,like sleeping on plywood with 1 inch of cotton padding. Pillows sux too. Upstairs rooms are horrible, Downstairs a little better. Air conditioning unit is programed to work for about 5 minutes then shuts off,it's the save electricity and burn the paying customers scam all the cheap hotels are doing. The breakfast is the usual standard fake food as expected. The only good thing is that the rooms are clean but the fake new flooring is coming up. Has refrigerator and a microwave. I've stayed here about 6 times traveling for work and it keeps getting more uncomfortable. This would be an ok room if they got better beds and pillows. Definitely only a 3.8 rating room that's way over priced too.
I'm not sure if all rooms were like mine in 124. I can tell whoever owns this place has a great design vision and the contractor plus previous tenants just ruined it. Bathroom light not centered to mirror, flooring not installed correctly so water damage bubbled it, plumbing situation above in bathroom shower. Customer service was good, breakfast was decent. I want to leave helpful tips but I know the owner is probably just financially wrecked from probably mostly whoever they hired to renovate so they probably have to skimp.
Fresh, clean, quiet room. Would have preferred daily housekeeping, but we didn't want for anything. Breakfast had a good selection and staff kept it well-stocked. Good location to walk to many places. We'll definitely stay here again!
Staff were friendly. Breakfast was very basic, nothing but the essentials and they ran out of food quickly. The room had ants--I stayed in two different rooms and both had the same ant problem so the hotel is most likely infested. Location is great but given the above details I won't be staying here again.
