I read the other reviews and honestly our stay was good. This is a basic motel and we were just using it for a couple of nights. We booked it at high season on the weekend and the price was reasonable. The room was clean, the shower was great and the location was just off 75. The person checking is in couldn’t have been more accommodating. Safety wise, the neighborhood seemed ok. Wouldn’t let children go unattended. There was a McDonald’s and Waffle House in walking distance

Truly one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. We arrived at 11:00 pm. Very nice young man working the front desk - the lone bright spot- walked me to my room. When he and I opened the room, I commented how hot the room was and asked if the A/C was working. He said he believed so and pointed out where the thermostat was. After being in the room 5 minutes with my son, it became very apparent the room was never going to cool off. My son said to me multiple times-“Can I just sleep in the car?!” At that point I went to the front desk to request another room. This is where it gets interesting, or maybe gross is the better word. A young couple probably in their 20s is reporting to the front desk that they have bed begs in their room. They are even showing him photos on their phone. They ask for a refund, said they will be granted one, and leave. I then inform the young man of how the heat is a problem and ask if we could possibly have another room - other than the room just departed due to bed bugs - and am told there is no other vacancy. I ask for a refund preparing to leave and he said, no problem. He then proceeds to tell me, “You’ll get a refund from the manager in the morning, but you are still welcome to stay here.” I was shocked by that statement. Skeptically, I asked him to repeat it, “You’re telling me I can still stay here and still get refunded?’ He confirmed, “Yes, since there is no A/C, and no other rooms. Since it was very late and my son had a soccer game in the AM (whole reason we were in town), I decided to suck it up and just stay there. When we go to check out in the morning, I get to speak with the manager. I again inform them of no A/C in room 106. He says, “Yes, it will be fixed right after you check out”. I also inform him of the conversation with the front desk the previous night and the refund. His response verbatim: “No, no refund. You stay here, no refund”. I asked him if he talked to the guy who checked us in. He confirmed he did, but again no refund- not even a couple bucks off. So there it is….we stayed 8 hours in a sauna and got to pay $328 for that night. $328!!! This is a MO-tel. You know, enter the room from the parking lot type. Not exactly the Hilton. Why anyone would ever stay in a hotel that is this low quality AND has horrendous customer service from management at a nightly rate like that completely stupefies me.

The most significant issue was the lack of professionalism and customer service displayed by the manager/owner .the room deposit, did not appear reflected on my booking confirmation. This discrepancy caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty upon arrival. I attempted to resolve this at the hotel, but unfortunately, the manager/owner's response was far from satisfactory. Their demeanor was rude and hostile, lacking the professionalism and customer service I would expect from a hospitality establishment. Their unwillingness to address the situation in a calm and constructive manner left me feeling deeply dissatisfied.Location not in best area but Convenient off 75.

The location was perfect for us. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast was good. It's just a little outdated for the price. I would stay again.

It's a motel. Don't go there when it's cold The place had no heat. They had to bring us electric heaters. Don't know if the air conditioning work did not matter at the time of the year I went. The little guy inside tried to help as much as he could. He even brought us his heater. As I said it's just a motel.
