Quality Inn Clermont West Kissimmee

I booked on Booking.com for a lacrosse tournament. The pictures from the site were a little misleading. Rooms are pretty small and need to be updated. The grounds aren’t kept well either. I was extremely shocked pulling into the property. We have stayed in Quality Inn’s in the past and have never been disappointed. The room smelled like mold. There was no front desk person overnight to assist when I went down to ask for more towels. We booked for two nights so I expected new towels in our room coming back from our tourney. Also new sheets by room service. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. However the front desk person day 1 was very nice. It was also 6 minutes away from our tournament so the location was very convenient.

My company made a reservation for 12 people to stay after working at a job site. We called continuously to the front desk to confirm the reservation. They never answered. After an hour of calling back to back with no answer, we ended up calling the Quality Inn 800 # and spoke with Launie(?) which confirmed our reservation via reservation#. I should have left work by now but I received an email close to 2 hours after I made the reservation saying that they had no rooms available and they had to cancel. IMAGINE IF i had left work with 12 guys with no where to sleep tonight?! They left me with 12 people with no where to go trying to find some where to stay at the last minute because they couldn't answer the phone and confirm with me that they in fact had rooms available. Terrible customer service.

an inhumane, stinky place, very dirty as I will show in the photos, there was even dirt on the beds, the bathroom trash can was not changed nor was the trash, the toilet had used paper inside when we arrived... I went in and stayed for about 3 minutes and I didn't want to stay there because of the mess that this place was in... so I asked for my refund but they just kept messing me around, always saying that I have to speak to the manager, but I went back there at all the times they told me and never found the manager... it's absurd that this place is still open... even the reception stinks... Fui a recepção nao me devolveram o dinheiro e foram muito sem educação. Minha esposa entrou filmando o quarto e nao ficamos nem 10 minutos la. Nos hospedamos no holiday inn, quarto muito limpo e atendimento excelente.

This property definitely gives me the creeps. I thought about staying here twice and never completely follow through then when you go there, the top floor is the only thing they will give you. The parking lot is very vacant almost every night and I think that I am happy we did not Rent any room here it’s almost like every hotel on 192 is having a renovation problem mold smelly carpet and then some more please Brother do not go off the pictures

Great people and even better house keeping I left a big Bluetooth speaker there they called me and put it up for me to come get went back and they had it locked up in the office waiting for me definitely good people
