Quality Inn Clinton-Knoxville North

Great place to stay. Your staff is good. The location's nice. The rooms are cheap. Everything is clean here. There was a lady that snuck into the hotel saying that she was in room 113(there is no room 113) and begging for money and that was pretty weird so be careful of that. The breakfast is always the same circular egg, Patty and sausage links every single day but it's breakfast for free. All in all it was a good stay and everybody was decent people. However, at the end when I went to get a refund because I checked out a day early, it says that it charged my card on my bank end. The amount that I was supposed to get refunded and the guy at the front desk said that he doesn't understand it's showing a refund on their end. So we'll see what happens when all this posts and stuff, but I'm really satisfied with this stay and I'm not going to let that affect their review. I recommend this place but pay in cash and don't answer your door for anyone and be grateful for at least having breakfast even though it's the same exact thing every single day which is sausage links and circular egg patties.

We were very tired after a long road trip, and decided that we couldn't push on any further so stopped at the Quality Inn outside of Knoxville. It was a great decision! Sadly we couldn't take advantage of the "$50 for 2 nights stay" special offer this year that the company does, but we have in previous years. The night desk clerk couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly, which was greatly appreciated after so many hours on the highway! The property was clean, smelled like the carpets and floors had been freshly scrubbed and was already a pleasant experience the moment we walked in. Checking in was quick & efficient, and our room was perfect. More towels than we could possibly need, beds & pillows were very soft and plush, and despite being relatively close to the highway everything was remarkably quiet - there must be good insulation/soundproofing because we didn't hear traffic or other guests. Checking out early next morning was equally quick, and we took advantage of the free breakfast offerings. Only one thing I can think of that would have been helpful about this place: my senior mom had a difficult time getting into the bed, as it was a high mattress and so soft that she didn't have good leverage. So maybe if the front desk of the Quality Inn motels can keep a couple footstools available for elderly people with mobility issues, that would be very useful in the future. We will be traveling again next summer, and for sure we will be returning again to this very nice location. :)

Very nice and clean rooms, good breakfast. Wi-Fi was real spotty and the AC was a bit unreliable but overall a good stay.

Stayed for a night and the experience was good. Place was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking spots available. Breakfast available including hot waffles. Apart from a strong air freshener smell, stay was pleasant. Would stay again.

Very convenient to I-75, and lots of spaces on all sides of the building to park your car. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very quiet at night. The beds are comfortable, floors are clean,and the rooms are well taken care of. A great experience. The only issue we had was the strong scent of cleaning fluids in the hallway and rooms. It was at times a bit overwhelming, and could make someone nauseous.
