Not a bad place for a one night stay. Found that noise really carried into the room from the hallway (main floor). Decent selection of channels on the TV. Wish there would have been a mat to put our wet boots on, otherwise, the room was clean and had a comfortable bed. Nice that it's a pet friendly place. The wifi password was not displayed anywhere in the room but was obtained by calling front desk (no answer at first but did get called back). Didn't get a chance to use the pool so can't comment on that aspect.

We stayed here for a tournament., pretty basic hotel but the rooms were clean. Convenient next to Danny’s for breakfast and shoppers and restaurants close by. Water pressure was great and shower water was hot. Beds were super comfortable seriously. Otherwise very basic hotel. Decent. Clean. Close to the highway. Hair dryer included.

This larger than normal complex shares the location with their sister Comfort Inn (different buildings, rates, and plan). The surprise was that upon registration they indicated they charge a parking fee of C$ 6.78 (before taxes). This was waved as my spouse both refused this and was told it would be waved for us as we were loyalty members for 18+ years. Otherwise the hotel/motel was fine and offered a 10% discount on the Denny's breakfast as they did not offer a breakfast. We believe the Comfort Inn offers their standard breakfast.

Stayed the night here as we were using the conference room for a work party. The hotel room itself even tho seemed newly renovated with the rest of the hotel was moldy showers. You pay for parking even tho the parking lot is empty plus you have a bunch of city fees which is all a rip off. Don’t provide breakfast and don’t even give you a discount to Denny’s. Now the conference hall. Don’t book it if you want food or booze!!!!. The conference hall is newly renovated and spacious but god the foods awful. If you have a large group they don’t stay on-top of keeping food stocked so you’re constantly waiting for food to be restocked. The beef was basically inedible. You couldn’t cut it at all. The rest was meh at best. The desserts were decent. Once everyone has a plate they take all the food away so you can’t even go up for more! They saving the food for another event or throwing it out like a waste??? They brought out pizza a couple hours later as a snack I assume for the middle of the party. Pizza sauce tasted like cheap spaghetti sauce and the cheese was like the shredded cheese you’d have at home. When you walked around all you saw was half eaten pizza on all the tables cause nobody liked it. Now the bar. Normal prices but no options. You either get beer or they have Smirnoff ice that’s it. Overall you can get much better elsewhere

Let's just say, ain't no way I will EVER stay in a Quality Inn again... This one had awful spring mattresses, mold in the bathroom, and my colleague in another room said there was lice. The only pros: front desk staff were very nice at check-in, just off the main highway, is across the street from Shoppers Drug Mart, and within walking distance of many chain restaurants. If you stay here, it should only be because you're on a strict budget. Oh, and the only power outlet for my laptop was a power bar behind the fridge; you should NEVER plug in a computer into the same bar as a fridge, coffee maker, AND microwave. 🤦 Do better, Quality Inn.
