Quality Inn Cookeville

I recently stayed at Quality Inn, Cookeville, TN. and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived, making check-in seamless and hassle-free. The room was spotless and well-designed and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect Harsh, Sunny, and the manager were all amazing. I highly recommend Quality Inn to anyone visiting Cookeville, TN. I will be returning on my next trip!

For the price you absolutely can't beat it. I was sceptical after reading the other reviews, but my experience was great. There were no roaches, rooms were clean and smelled good, beds were comfy with lots of pillows. We're not a huge fan of the continental breakfast so we went to McDonald's and brought our big breakfast platters back to the room. The guy at the front desk was very pleasant as well. Thank you for the great experience! We will be back

My husband and I stayed here with our newborn while visiting family and woke up to several roaches on our baby’s face! On top of that every time you turned on a light they all scattered under the furniture. The front desk just said sorry and didn’t do much at all. This place is nasty and needs some serious pest control I even took a video of them running away. We stayed on the second floor in room 419. Seems to be a common problem based on these reviews for this floor

Sketchy location. Hotel is NASTY. Hallways smell like mildew and smoke and our 1st room had a wet floor amd smelled like pee. They moved us to a second room but and it smelled better but had a greasy film over everything, we think they're all heavily smoked in. Locks broke on the doors. Not worth the money, spend 30 more dollars and actually ENJOY it. Felt gross to touch anything.

The worst!!!! We used to stay here all the time and never again. They was very rude, called me a liar about me calling and making a reservation with the number that's on there website, there racist, said they couldn't take our card, then said ooo we do it for u after we said we go somewhere else, then refused to give us our money back, said we had to call the 800#, after I was on the phone with them they offered to give us half our money back. Then the main people called the front desk they lied and said they offered us a discount, that was definitely a lie! Threatened to call the law on us for no reason, we was not being aggressive all we done was ask for a refund and said we would go somewhere else. This is the worst customer service I've ever got at a hotel and will NEVER be back! They refused to cancel our reservation and tried to charge us again the next morning for not checking in. And the 800# done nothing about it! They could have canceled it and didn't because they just want the money! That's all they want is the money! I'll never stay with any hotel thru this company ever again. We stayed at the hotel across the parking lot, very nice rooms excellent customer service and gave us absoutley no problems at all and gladly took our card.
